Spinomenal Network Promotion
When opting in to participate in the Tournament, each Operator hereby undertakes to present and make available all the necessary information and rules provided by Mikai Tech Ltd. and Subtech Ltd. (hereinafter referred to collectively as “ Spinomenal”) to each Operator’s Players’, including the “how to win” terms set forth herein. Furthermore, each Operator shall ensure that its Players shall be made aware of, and consent to, the following:
Prize Pool Terms and Conditions
Each win rewards the Player with a score based on the win multiplier (for example, if you waged 1 EUR and won 10 EUR, you will be rewarded with 10 points). The more points a Player collects, the higher the Player’s position is on the tournament leaderboard, which shall include all Players from the platforms participating in the Tournament (the “ Leaderboard”). The Participating Games and number of winning Players sharing the prize pool in each round shall be specified in the Player toolbar.
10% of the score each Player gains during each Tournament round will be collected as credit points and added to the Player’s score in the final round (Round 19).
Each Player’s rank in the Leaderboard for each round will appear once they reach the qualifying score , as displayed on the Players’ toolbar.
The Tournament is available during real-money play only.
Minimum qualifying bet per spin to participate in the Tournament is 0.2 EUR (“ Minimum Qualifying Bet”). If the Minimum Qualifying Bet is not available on one of the Participating Games, the closest higher bet amount shall constitute as the Minimum Qualifying Bet for that game.
No additional deposits or costs by Players are required to participate in the Tournament.
Participation in the Tournament is automatic once a Player waged at least a Minimum Qualifying Bet in one of the Participating Games. By qualifying for the Tournament and playing the games, each Player agrees to these terms and conditions and to all other terms and conditions set by the Operator hosting this Tournament.
Participating Operators shall be solely responsible for any and all claims Players might have in connection with the Tournament, including but not limited to the payment of the
pool prizes within 72 hours from acceptance of the Tournament results sent by Spinomenal.
Except for the Spinomenal non-fungible token (“ NFT”), all material prizes may be paid in a money equivalent.
Malfunctions and errors may void all play and pays.
Each Player participating in the Tournament will receive a unique Tournament ID for the Leaderboard, per each currency that Player plays with. Changing the currency during the duration of the Tournament may reset the Player’s progress on the Leaderboard.
If two or more Players have the same number of points at the end of each round, the Player who reached the points first will be ranked higher.
Prizes for Players playing the Games with Cryptocurrencies will be displayed in EUR. Participating Operators will disburse. prizes in accordance with their payment terms.
Only finished spins will qualify for the Leaderboard.
Wins from free spins awarded to the Player by the participating Operator will not qualify in the Tournament towards placement on the Leaderboard.
During the Tournament, Players may be offered to play the Participating Games as part of various promotional efforts made available from time to time in accordance with the terms of such efforts. By participating in such efforts, Players may be rewarded with additional points.
The rules, terms, and conditions of the tournament (including the NFT terms and conditions) are subject to all applicable laws and can be changed at any time upon prior written notice to Players participating in the Tournament. Players’ continued participation in the Tournament following such notice shall constitute its acceptance of such changes. The Operator together with its partners reserves the right to stop the Tournament at any time for an indefinite period without paying the prizes.
In case of discrepancy of interpretation of the English version of these Terms and any other versions or iterations of these Terms because of difference in translation, this English version shall prevail.
NFT Mini- Rounds Terms and Conditions
In order to be eligible to receive a n NFT, the winning Players will be required to:
have a compatible crypto wallet supported by OpenSea.io (see additional information here: https://support.opensea.io/hc/en-us/articles/1500007978402- Wallets-supported-by-OpenSea) ; and
Follow and fully comply with the process instructed by the Operator.
All NFT transfers shall be done through the OpenSea marketplace. Only a finite number of NFT’s will be made available throughout the duration of Tournament, at Spinomenal’s sole discretion.
The Players acknowledge and agree that the NFT’s made available as prizes in the NFT Mini - Rounds are considered memorabilia of the Participating Games, and do not include any inherent monetary value. Furthermore, the NFTs are not and shall not be seen as investment, security, financial instrument, means of revenue, and are not designed to be used for speculation or for immediate resale or other financial purposes.
Any points accumulated during the NFT Mini Rounds shall not be attributed to a Player’s score or credit score in the Tournament Leaderboard.
Without derogating from the foregoing, Spinomenal does not and cannot guarantee the price and liquidity of the NFT. As with any blockchain assets, the NFT and any cryptocurrency used to purchase or otherwise associated with the onwards transfer of the NFT are extremely volatile and may be subject to large fluctuations. Fluctuations in the price of other digital assets could materially and adversely affect the NFT, which may also be subject to significant price volatility. Legislative and regulatory changes or actions at a local or international level may adversely affect the use, transfer, exchange, and value of the NFT.
Any onwards transfer of the NFT may be irreversible, and, accordingly, any losses due to fraudulent or accidental transactions may not be recoverable.
Spinomenal shall remain the sole owner of the NFT’s underlying proprietary and intellectual property rights, and Players who win an NFT in connection with the Tournament are extended a limited, non-exclusive, personal right of use with respect to
the NFT, and do not receive any additional rights, including but not limited to any copyrights, commercialization or distribution rights, or the right to copy, modify, or create derivative works of the NFT received in connection with the Tournament.
Spinomenal does not give advice or recommendations regarding the NFT, including the tax consequences, suitability, and appropriateness of the NFT.
SPINOMENAL MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED) WITH RESPECT TO THE NFTS, INCLUDING THAT THE NFTS WILL NOT INFRINGE ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY, WHETHER ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE.
*The Participating Games of each round shall also participate in the next round, such that the total accumulated number of games at the final round will be 141.
